Update 1:15 PM Central Time

At 1:15 PM, we were notified that there are regional issues with our telephone provider, causing intermittent issues with our ability to receive calls.

Update 11:00 AM Central Time

On August 10, 2020 a massive thunderstorm called a derecho swept through Eastern Iowa where CourseLeaf is headquartered.

Our emergency procedures are operating and the data center which houses CourseLeaf servers have not been affected by this outage. Your CourseLeaf sites should continue to function without issue.

However, nearly all of our employees are without power and internet. There is no indication from the power company nor the internet service providers about the timeline for restoring service.

We are working aggressively to maintain service to you. We are running a small crew at the office to answer the phones and support emails. If you have an appointment with CourseLeaf scheduled this week, we will do our best to reach out and reschedule as necessary. Support specialists are working through issues as quickly as we can with limited access systems due to power and internet outages.
