Save the Date and Plan to Join Us for LUC 2026 at Disney World!

The LUC Conference is our annual gathering of CourseLeaf users! The conference includes over 70 sessions and workshops designed for Registrars and Associate Registrars, Schedulers, Catalog Editors, and other CourseLeaf administrators who would benefit from CourseLeaf training sessions, introductions to new software modules and features, sharing ideas with other CourseLeaf institutions, and providing input on our future software development.

Save the date and plan to join us for LUC 2026, scheduled for February 17 - February 19 at Disney's Yacht Club Resort in Orlando, Florida. This is one of Disney's Deluxe Resort Hotels!

The Pre-Conference Workshop Day will be on February 17 with primary Conference Days following on February 18 and 19. Details and cost estimates are included in our Sample Justification Letter. Registration will open in the fall.

If you are planning to arrive early or stay late to enjoy the Disney World Parks, you will have access to discounted room rates and park tickets as our guest. We will share more details as we get closer to the conference.
